Privacy
Short version: we keep what we need to send the checklist and to see which pages and tips are useful. No ad pixels, no third-party trackers, no IP addresses.
Your email
If you sign up, we use your email address to send a welcome email and the monthly porch + yard checklist. It's stored in our database and with our email provider, Resend, which delivers the emails. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else, and we don't connect it to the site statistics below.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. You can also email hello@curbandcozy.com and we'll take you off the list.
Site statistics
We run our own first-party statistics, stored in our own database. We record page views, clicks on links and buttons (including product links), how far down a page you scroll, how long the page is open on screen, and ticks on the shopping checklist. With each one we keep the page, the time, your device type (phone, tablet or computer, from your browser), the site or app you came from, and the short tag in our links (like "yt" for YouTube).
To count unique visitors we set one first-party cookie, cc_v, holding a random ID, kept for a year. A visit is grouped by a random session ID kept in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. We don't store IP addresses, and nothing is sent to advertisers or other analytics companies.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we don't set the cookie.
Retailer links
Product links open plain searches on retailer sites. Once you're there, their privacy policies apply. We don't earn commissions on these links.
Who we are
Curb & Cozy is run by Sedrino Labs, Inc. It's made by real people; Hazel and her family are AI characters we write for, and the images are AI-generated.
